The warm season is just beyond the horizon, which means that spring cleaning will be knocking on our doors, urging us to throw some stuff out.
You don’t have to say it, the mere thought of getting rid of good-old outfits is heartbreaking and we get it! Sure, you could just forget about them and call it a day, but why do that when you can take on a fresh perspective?
We are all looking for ways to re-look these old clothes that are taking up all the space in the back of our closet. Thankfully, we have found five creative ways for you to revamp your wardrobe and give your clothes a mind-blowing stylish makeover!
1 - Remember that old worn-out blouse? Well, before throwing it out, try tying it in a knot right in the middle of your torso, while rolling the sleeves as well- as they were all meant to be- for a nonchalant and undone look.
2 - Hold off on disposing of your old dresses. Our trick? Throw on a shirt on top of it and tie it in a knot to make it look like a well-played ensemble. Mix-and-match colors and tones for an effortlessly chic look.
3 - Tired of your washed-out pants? Just change the overall look by rolling the bottom hemline, hence adding a little cool to your silhouette. It’s a certified way to show off your sultry ankles and chic shoes. Single cuff, double cuff, take your pick!
4 - Refrain from tossing your 90’s-inspired oversized jacket. Just add a thin belt to define your shape and highlight your waist, and voila! The perfect recipe for irreverent class and elegance.
5 - If you’re still not convinced of keeping your washed-out old jeans, just channel your inner artist and cut them all out until you get yourself some stylish summer-y shorts that you can pair with just about anything!
Repurposing your own clothing is no longer painstakingly boring!
