Armani/Silos Supports Young Designers

Armani/Silos was basking in the glow of a rapturous idea to collaborate with The School of Design of Politecnico Di Milano, in a massive quest to support the new generation of creative talents. This major decision has put the spirit of Giorgio Armani amidst a thriving and fully creative environment. Evidently so, Armani’s irrevocable expertise and his infinite archives will be available to students, who will also benefit from tours and lessons at the heart of his exhibition spaces in Via Bergognone 40. Students from international exchange programs or enrolled in international training workshops and involved in professional courses and master’s degree programs will also benefit from this creative endeavor.

This came as no surprise to the fashion industry, given Armani/Silos’s deep subversion in the support of students, as it has always opened its doors to them, with a section providing free access to a digital archive.

This initiative is a true representation of the prospering relationship between the designer and the Politecnico di Milano. The strong bond initiated an honoris causa degree in Industrial Design which was given to Giorgio Armani in 2007.

Let’s all thank the outstanding designer for this tremendous support!
