Louis Vuitton has had a very rich past in terms of choosing destinations for its Cruise collections. Indeed, following the diversified selection of cities- from Monaco, to Palm Springs and Rio de Janeiro- the House has chosen Japan for its Cruise 2018 presentation that is predicted to be held on Sunday 14th of May, 2017.
The Maison has had a very strong connection with the Land of the Rising Sun for a long time now, to which it owes the “mon” inspiration of the Monogram canvas. Not only has Louis Vuitton harnessed a list of renowned Japanese clients, but it has also opened its first store in Tokyo in 1978 and has had several collaboration with Japanese contemporary artists, from Takashi Murakami to Yayoi Kusama, Rei Kawabuko and most recently Hiroshi Fujiwara.
Looks like Louis Vuitton is starting spring with a big fashionable bang!
