Gucci introduces The Gucci Portrait Series, its Fall Winter 2025 campaign, photographed by acclaimed artist Catherine Opie. Featuring forty-two individuals from diverse generations and backgrounds, the campaign offers a collective portrait of identity through intimate and expressive fashion imagery.

Opie’s human-centered photography captures genuine connections between each person and what they wear. Whether it’s the way a jacket folds, a bag is held, or a scarf moves, each detail becomes a subtle reflection of personality. The campaign highlights clothing not as costume but as a quiet frame for individuality revealed through natural posture, ease, and attitude. It also includes a series of videos by director Lisa Rovner in which cast members respond to open-ended questions, offering spontaneous moments of humor, memory, and self-reflection.

Rooted in Gucci’s timeless spirit of “sprezzatura”, The Gucci Portrait Series bridges the brand’s heritage with a modern, inclusive vision. Together, the portraits encourage viewers to see not just fashion, but the diverse identities it represents.
