How about Tulum, Mexico for a summer destination? Indeed, luxury platform Net-A-Porter hosted a destination weekend gathering designers, influencers and friends alike to celebrate the start of summer and the Jet-A-Porter Vacation Shop.

Guests reveled in an unforgettable experience chockfull of destination style, vacation-worthy collections and exclusive capsules, alongside a series of relaxing events such as daily yoga and meditation classes, a catamaran boat trip, dinners under the stars, live music and entertainment from local performers. Need we say more?

The journey kick-started with a lawn cocktail party under the stars at Hotel Esencia, where a local mariachi band entertained guests before they enjoyed a seated dinner consisting of Mexican fare and late night fun by a jungle bonfire. The weekend was truly a soothing experience, from the beachside-breakfast to the sunrise yoga, the meditation, the fresh seafood lunch and finally, the tropical themed dinner. The evening ended on a beautiful note, as guests attended a disco party played by DJ Ross One with a surprise performance by fire dancers on the beach.

The weekend highlights Net-A-Porter’s incentive to work with ocean conservationist charity, Parley for the Oceans. It was attended by international guests such as Alexa Chung, Harley Viera-Newton, Laura Love, Nathalie Love, Leigh Lezark, Paloma, Brandon Maxwell and of course, Net-A-Porter’s Global Buying Director Elizabeth Von Der Goltz and Retail Fashion Director Lisa Aiken.
