Trends are a hit or miss. Which is why, some get cut and others follow us well into the New Year. For instance, there are some styles we truly and irrevocably want to forget, from detachable jeans – sorry Gigi – to crocs and kitten heels flip flops.

Others, such as dad sneakers and belt bags are very welcome to stay another year and are truly a treat for sore eyes! The Spring-Summer 2019 runways were just another testament to the latter, as designers sent out models wearing lavish cyclist shorts and a whole lot of animal printed pieces – much to our content. There are looks from the 90s that followed us to this very day, and others that we wished everyone could forget till the end of time. But at the end of the day, it all comes down to how you wear said piece and how you style it. And so, keeping up with style can be quite challenging, but if you’re an avid fashion endorser, it all must come pretty easy to you!
